Even though I was wiping up frosting and sweeping up crumbs & sprinkles long after the children were nestled all snug in their beds, the sweet memories were well worth the mess.

Frosting & Sprinkles
We brought out the frosting and sprinkles and made a royal mess as the children decorated sugar cookies the other night. The Christmas tunes on the radio and the fire in the wood stove helped set the mood.
Even though I was wiping up frosting and sweeping up crumbs & sprinkles long after the children were nestled all snug in their beds, the sweet memories were well worth the mess.
