Seven and a Half

Today is Kennedy's half birthday. She made her own chocolate bundt cake by reading the directions and following them perfectly. I merely supervised. How does the little girl who once made Easy Bake cookies with her mom grow up to be 7 1/2 and baking big cakes on her own? She also looked up the glaze recipe on the computer and made it herself.

The boys were very glad for a reason to eat chocolate cake!

I love homeschooling. Today as part of Jack's work, he got to make his initials out of floam.

When did my firstborn, bouncy, giggly, wiggly, always-flying-'round-the-room granddaughter turn into such a lovely young lady?!!
Your cake is beautiful ...(well, actually it's probably GONE!)
I've never heard of floam, but it looks like fun!
Love,
