Low Country Boil with the Brothers

Since Ken returned from Florida last year for training, he has been wanting to try to make a low country boil for himself. Super Bowl weekend offered the perfect opportunity. He invited his brothers and their families over to watch a UFC fight and do the boil.

They threw potatoes, corn, onions, sausages, shrimp, crab and mussels into the pot.

The results were scrumptious and the boys had a great time putting it together.

The cousins had fun, too. Here is the group, minus Willem.

Cousin Ava had a sleep-over in Kennedy's room. Both girls thought that was pretty neat.
